Warren & Burstein wins another appeal in the Ninth Circuit

Today, the Ninth Circuit vacated our client’s sentence in United States v. Drees, No. 24-3362 (9th Cir. 2025). 

After we filed our opening brief demonstrating that the district court made a significant error during the sentencing proceeding, the government conceded and agreed Mr. Drees is entitled to a significantly reduced sentence.

Devin Burstein handled the case. We are thrilled for our client and looking forward to his release.
