Warren & Burstein wins in the Ninth Circuit

In United States v. Bedal, No. 25-6577 (9th Cir. 2026), the Ninth Circuit vacated the district court's order denying our client’s motion for early termination of supervised release.

After we filed our opening brief demonstrating that the district court erred in denying our client's motion to terminate supervised release, the government conceded and agreed that the district court's order should be vacated. The appellate court remanded the case for reconsideration
