Warren & Burstein gets compassionate release for client.

A Warren & Burstein team led by Katie Jenkins-Lough succeeded in winning early release for our client on a "compassionate release" motion.

Our client was suffering from serious pre-existing medical conditions while in custody with the Bureau of Prisons. We filed a motion to modify his sentence to time served so he could receive his medical treatments out in the community.  Due to our advocacy, the prosecutor did not oppose our request, and ultimately the court granted our motion, reducing our client's 24-month prison sentence to time served.
