Devin Burstein Wins Appellate Attorney of the Year

Devin Burstein received the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association’s award for 2024 Appellate Attorney of the Year.
He is now a two-time recipient, having also been selected in 2016.
This year’s award recognized Mr. Burstein’s achievement in obtaining four reversals in the Ninth Circuit in 2024. The award was presented at a ceremony in San Diego on March 11, 2025.
