Warren & Burstein avoid jail time for Pepe Aguilar's son

After Emiliano Aguilar was arrested for, and pleaded guilty to, smuggling four undocumented Chinese nationals in the trunk of his car, Jeremy Warren was ableto avoid all jail time. Instead, he succeeded in obtaining a three-year probationary sentence. This is a wonderful result for our client and his family.
