Four Ninth Circuit Victories So Far In 2024

For the fourth time in just 2024, Warren and Burstein secures a Ninth Circuit victory.


In United States v. Lopez Chacon, No. 22-50141 (9th Cir. 2024), the Ninth Circuit agreed with our arguments that the district court committed error in sentencing our client by denying him a reduction for acceptance of responsibility after trial. The appellate court vacated our client's sentence.
