Warren & Burstein secures OFAC delisting

On April 22, 2022, the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) granted our petition and removed our client from the list of Specially Designated Nationals.

Our client was previously designated and blocked under the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act. As a result of the delisting, he is no longer subject to United States financial sanctions.
