Warren & Burstein wins another appeal in the Ninth Circuit

In United States v. Johnson, --- Fed. App'x ---, No. 19-10044 (9th Cir. 2020), the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with Mr. Burstein's argument that our client's 168-month the sentence should be vacated. We are elated for Mr. Johnson and his family.
