Warren & Burstein secure Appellate Victory in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

In United States v. Johnson, --- Fed. App'x ---, No. 16-50028 (9th Cir. 2017), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit vacated our client's sentence and sent the case back to the district court for a new sentencing hearing.

This was a large-scale health care fraud case. The Court of Appeals agreed with our argument that the district court committed an error in imposing the sentence.
