In United States v. Davis, --- F. App'x --- (9th Cir. 2024), the Court vacated our client's conviction for distribution of fentanyl resulting in death and his accompanying 20-year mandatory minimum sentence. (Devin Burstein handled the appeal, not the trial).
Ninth Circuit agreed with our arguments that the district court made several errors in admitting evidence against our client. We are beyond thrilled that our client will now receive a new trial.
