As an associate with Warren & Burstein, Ms. Jenkins assists in all aspects of legal representation, with a focus on criminal defense. Ms. Jenkins has considerable experience managing discovery in complex matters. She is also a skilled researcher and writer, with an emphasis on sentencing mitigation work. Ms. Jenkins has a passion for advocating on behalf our clients to ensure their rights are protected.
Ms. Jenkins earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona. She remained at the University of Arizona where she received her Master’s degree in Public Administration, with a concentration in criminal justice administration.
Ms. Jenkins moved to San Diego in 2012 to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of Thomas Jefferson’s national mock trial team and volunteered her time at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. She also served as a law clerk for the San Diego County Public Defender’s office, where she gained experience in writing motions and participating in oral arguments before the court.
Ms. Jenkins graduated from Thomas Jefferson Cum Laude, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 2015.
